First, Wendy would like to thank all those who attended the Earn & Learn conference and made the day such a success.

Professor Carol Taylor Fitz-Gibbon,(now retired) was Professor of Education and Director of the Curriculum, Evaluation and Management at University of Durham. Carol is a leading expert in Cross-Age tutoring. She has kindly provided a copy of one of her PowerPoint^® presentations about the subject , available here as a pdf document.
